Daniel is a great trainer with a zest for life that is beyond refreshing. His enthusiastic energy is so infectious that he got me off my treadmill routine and into a TRX class. Smiles (and I don’t smile involuntarily, esp. at early hours), new friends and (if you’re lucky) maybe a Whitney Houston (Rest in Power) rendition from Daniel during cool down.
